Elevate Your Clinical Mastery: Floor of the Mouth/Floor 4 + Advanced FMDI

Elevate your multi-disciplinary practice with our cutting-edge consultation services, especially designed for teams of providers and therapists. Our focus is on fostering a collaborative approach to comprehensive care in areas related to tongue-tie/tethered oral tissues and a wide array of airway-related procedures and modalities.

This includes but is not limited to tongue tie releases, myofunctional therapy, palate expansion, jaw surgeries, TMJ, and sleep-disorder related treatments. Learn about specific ways holistic care can enhance outcomes with ME, MARPE, SARPE, MMA, SFOT, MIND, and many other surgical and expansion techniques.

Our expert-led sessions will guide your team on integrating guided releases and other advanced techniques into your practice.

Whether you're a clinical director, RN, IBCLC, NP, MD, dentist, osteopath, physical therapist, chiropractor, or bodyworker specializing in myofascial therapy, CST, CFT, cranial work, visceral work, and/or many other types of alignment methodologies, our work aims to streamline procedures and bring coherence to your team while helping you implement cutting-edge protocols.

If you team involves an orofacial myologist (this could be your RDH who has done formal training, or perhaps the practitioner has only begun the journey). Myofunctional therapists are ideal as collaboration partners, so included in the experience will be guidance for involving them as a key contributor in your collaborative approach.

Pop-up Trips: San Diego, Orange County

  • These happen periodically throughout the year, based on demand and timing. Reach out if interested in booking sessions for an upcoming trip.

    [email protected]

  • While Standard Sessions are available on these trips, it's highly advantageous to consider booking System Reset Sessions or Experiences. These range from 3-4 single System Reset Sessions to 1-day or 2-day experiences consisting of multiple 3 or 4 hour sessions.

  • For infants, children, etc, it can be more manageable to book multiple sessions shorter in length (2-3 sessions over 2 days), as they often serve as Part 1 and 2, allowing Dr. Neel to address more layers of fascial unwinding, compensations, and complex issues.

  • After making nearly monthly trips to the Bay Area since 2021, Dr. Neel is making his final trip there for patient care in September. Focusing on Southern California is a clear direction Dr. Neel and his family feel excited about. He will miss those trips, so we gladly welcome everyone to Santa Barbara and his other SoCal locations anytime.
